Vali's Alpine Restaurant is a specialty Hungarian and American restaurant that has been a lake favorite for 35 years for locals and tourists alike. From April to Memorial Day, Vali's is open on Saturday and Sunday. Memorial Day to Labor Day, they are open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner.
Seatings are at 5:00pm and 7:00pm by reservations only. Starting at 9:00am, fresh homemade doughnuts served Saturday and Sunday on a first-come, first-served basis, unless you call ahead!
Vali's Alpine Restaurant was the dream of Mike and Maggie Vali in 1974. Since then, even with their one entree a night menu, Vali's has become so popular they sometimes have to turn customers away. Since Mike's retirement, the kitchen is now run by his son, Michael and daughter-in-law, Dionne. Charming Maggie can still be found in the dining room serving up good food and good times!
